What are the Accounting Excellence Awards?
Founded in 2010, the Accounting Excellence Awards celebrate ambition, innovation, and impact in the UK accountancy profession. Organised by AccountingWEB, they’re considered one of the most prestigious accolades in our industry. With categories recognising everything from digital transformation to client service, team culture to specialist advisory work, the awards showcase firms who are pushing the profession forward. They highlight what’s possible when strong relationships, a growth mindset, and generosity of spirit lead the way — values that sit at the heart of everything we do here at Harland.

Employer of the Year (Small Firm)
