This fantastic 5K fun run (or walk) brings together people, pups, and a shared passion for mental wellbeing. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just fancy a scenic stroll with your four-legged friend, Bark Run is all about raising awareness and funds for mental health support in Cornwall.

Date: Sunday, 2nd March 2025
Location: Trelissick House, Feock, Truro TR3 6QL (Exclusive route through private parkland!)
Distance: 5K – Run or walk, with or without a dog
Entry Fees: £18 Adult + dog | £12 Adult (no dog) | £8 Child.

Why Are We Supporting Bark Run?
At Harland, we know that mental wellbeing is just as important as financial health. As a company, we’ve worked hard to create a culture where mental health is prioritised, but we also know that mental health support isn’t always easy to access, and that’s why Cornwall Mind’s work is so important.
Cornwall Mind provides vital services for those facing mental health challenges, offering counselling, peer support groups, and workshops across the county. Their mission to ensure no one faces mental illness alone is one we wholeheartedly support.

How You Can Get Involved:
- Take Part – Whether you’re running solo, with your family, or bringing your dog along for the adventure, sign up and enjoy a morning of fresh air and community spirit.
- Volunteer on the Day – Cornwall Mind is looking for stewards, medal presenters, and friendly faces to help the event run smoothly. If you’d like to hand out medals to participants, we’d love to hear from you!
- Sponsor a Runner – Know someone taking part? Help boost their fundraising efforts and support a great cause (hint: Our Marketing Manager’s 6 year old son is running! Sponsor him here)
- Spread the Word – Share the event with friends, family, and colleagues to help Cornwall Mind reach even more people.
