From December 2025, there will be a change to how you access your Onvio documents. The Onvio mobile app is being retired, which means you will soon need to use a web browser instead of the app to view and sign documents.
We want to make sure you have plenty of notice and feel fully supported throughout the transition.
What is changing?
On 12 December 2025, the Onvio mobile apps will be removed from Apple and Google Play app stores. From 13 December 2025, you will no longer be able to log in to the Onvio mobile app on your phone.
What is not changing?
You will still have full access to all your documents, messages and approvals. Nothing about your data, permissions or deadlines is affected. You will simply log in through the web version instead of the app.
Where to log in
You can continue to access everything you need here:
Client login: https://onvio.co.uk/clientcenter/
The web version is mobile-responsive, which means you can use it on your phone if you prefer, or use a desktop or laptop for tasks such as reviewing and signing annual accounts.
Why this matters
If you normally approve documents through the app, please make the switch to using a browser before December. This will ensure there are no delays when we send you important documents to sign.
What you need to do now
We recommend bookmarking the link above and getting familiar with logging in through your browser.
