Update: We did it!
Cornish Coast Path Challenge complete
We’re absolutely thrilled to share that the Cornish Coast Path Challenge is officially complete and we smashed both our targets! Over ten days, Team Harland collectively covered 304 miles (beating our 285-mile goal) and raised £2,030 for Cornwall Mind. A huge thank you to everyone who took part, sponsored, or supported us along the way. From rain-soaked walks to blistered feet, every mile made a difference, and your enthusiasm helped us reach (and surpass) our fundraising target for our Charity of the Year. The team at Cornwall Mind are over the moon with the result, and we couldn’t be prouder of what we achieved together.

From Friday 3 to Sunday 12 October 2025, we’re stepping away from our desks and onto the spectacular South West Coast Path for the Cornish Coast Path Challenge, and you’re invited to join us!
Across ten days, we’ll collectively cover the 285-mile Cornish stretch, split into 25 bite-sized sections, while raising at least £2,000 for Cornwall Mind and marking World Mental Health Day on Friday 10 October. You don’t have to do it all, simply choose a section (or a few), bring a friend or the family, and walk it in a way that works for you.
This isn’t a race. It’s a chance to boost your own mental wellbeing while raising vital funds and awareness for Cornwall Mind. Lace up for a steady coastal walk, clear the noise and talk things through. Every mile helps, one energising step at a time.
Why walking and talking beats business burnout
Business owners rarely hit pause. A coastal stroll can do more than another espresso: it lowers stress, clears your head and turns casual chat into real support.
• Eases stress: steady strides calm the nervous system
• Sparks ideas: new views prompt fresh thinking
• Builds connection: side-by-side talk feels natural
If you usually power through in silence, this challenge is a simple way to move, talk and feel better in one go. For more straight-talking self-care, visit our mental health support for business owners hub.
How the challenge works
