Since joining Harland Accountants, Grace has been a powerhouse of enthusiasm and determination. She has not only excelled in her studies, consistently achieving top marks in her exams, but she has also made a real difference within our team and for our clients. From supporting our client managers to streamlining processes and ensuring a smooth and efficient service, Grace has proven to be an invaluable member of Harland Accountants.
Beyond her technical skills, Grace has also played a vital role in shaping our company culture. As our Workplace Wellbeing Champion and Mental Health First Aider, she has taken proactive steps to support her colleagues, leading initiatives that promote mental health awareness and workplace happiness. Her contributions helped Harland secure 4th place in the ‘Best Places to Work Cornwall’ competition—a reflection of the positive impact she continues to have on our business and team.
