We’re excited to announce that we’ve chosen Cornwall Mind as our Charity of the Year for a second year running!
It’s an alarming statistic but half of small business owners in the UK experience poor mental health. It’s something we see all too often in our line of work. Financial pressure can take a real toll, and the emotional weight of running a business often goes unseen. That’s why supporting better mental health in Cornwall means so much to us, and why we’ve chosen Cornwall Mind as our Charity of the Year again in 2025.
Raising Ambitions
This year, we’re aiming to raise at least £3,000 to help fund the brilliant services Cornwall Mind provide across the county, from one-to-one support such as counselling, to support groups, wellbeing activities, and even a bookshop where you can drop in for a coffee. The variety of support they offer is really fantastic!
We’ve already had an incredible year of fundraising in 2024/25, and the team has thrown themselves into all sorts of challenges — from a sponsored 5k doggy fun run, a fearless fire walk over hot coals, to jumping out of a plane in a tandem skydive! We couldn’t be prouder. And we’re not done yet …

What's planned for 2025/26?
We’ve got even more planned for 2025 — more community events, more fundraising fun, and more opportunities to shine a light on the importance of mental health support, especially for business owners and teams like ours.
Mental Heath Support For Business Owners
We all have mental health, and if you’d like some support with yours we’ve pulled together a list of trusted resources where you can find expert advice, someone to talk to, and practical steps to start feeling better. Check out our Mental Health for Business Owners article here.
